Closed joint stock company Internet- Arkhangelsk Ltd is a telecommunication operator providing in Moscow, St Petersburg, provinces of Archangel, Vologda, Yaroslavl, Kostroma and Ivanovo the following services:

- telematic services (in accordance with the licences #11516 of 26.02.1999 and # 12800 of 25.08.1999, issued by the Ministry for Telecommunications);
- services of data transfer (in accordance with the licences #11645 of 26.02.1999, # 12537 of 25.08.1999, #16059 of 19.09.2000, issued by the Ministry for Telecommunications);
- services of local telephony (in accordance with the licences # 15285 of 03.07.2000, # 16658 of 15.11.2000, issued by the Ministry for Telecommunications).

Nowadays Internet-Arkhangelsk provides to its clients:

- access to the Internet;
- telephony services (interurban/international (Rosnet), IP-telephony, local telephony);
- access to the X.25 and Frame Relay networks (Rosnet, Rospak, etc.);
- training and certification at own Testing and Learning Centre.

At Internet-Arkhangelsk work highly skilled specialists having wide experience in the field of telecommunications. Internet-Arkhangelsk has registered two independent autonomous systems of its own with 4 provider’s address block, that provides reservation of telecommunications channels, routing of the clients traffic using the optimal way, allocation of addresses to clients from own provider’s blocks.
